Le Comité d’orientation de la gestion des stocks transfrontaliers (COGST) se compose de six
membres (2 représentants gouvernementaux et 4 membres de l’industrie) pour le Canada et de six
également pour les États-Unis. Il est coprésidé par chacun des pays. Sa composition
